MILAN CLUB MONTREAL RAISES OVER €1000 FOR FONDAZIONE MILAN

Through various initiatives, Milan Club Montreal has raised €1015 for the "Fondazione Milan - Peace for Ukraine" project. These funds will be donated to the the Italian Red Cross to help the victims of the conflict in Ukraine. This is what the President of Milan Club Montreal, Marcello Furgiuele, had to say: "Dedicating our fundraising campaign to Peace for Ukraine this year was emotional; Shevchenko is an AC Milan legend who occupies a special place in the hearts of many Rossoneri fans. With their generosity and support, AC Milan fans around the world have once again shown why they form the best international community in Italian football."

In line with the Club's RespAct manifesto, the objective of driving positive change in society through concrete action was met thanks to the support of some of AC Milan's partners, namely QLASH, Skrill and Socios Italia. They donated prizes and helped make the campaign more visible. Several Milan Clubs were also involved, supporting fundraising efforts and providing visibility through their social media profiles.

For Benedetto Di Blasi, Fundraiser for Fondazione Milan, it's always special to be able to count on the support of Milan Clubs worldwide when raising funds: "It's important for us to continue to engage with Milan Clubs throughout the globe. Passion for the Rossoneri colours leads to a big impact because the proceeds will go towards supporting people who are suffering from the war in Ukraine. We would like to thank Milan Club Montreal, which, in the last three years, has looked to bring together many AC Milan fans worldwide for such noble goals."

Continuing to strengthen the collaboration between Milan Clubs will help Fondazione Milan achieve its objectives in future initiatives.
