FINALLY FOR EL HILALI

The Rossoneri Primavera hadn't won and hadn't scored in the league since mid-February. The team returned to do it all in one fell swoop, ending the month in the best possible way. In the 2-1 win over Ascoli at Vismara, above all there was a decisive brace from El Hilali, who scored of his first official goals: from his penalty (he had already scored one in the Coppa Italia in the shootout that saw Monza eliminated in the Round of 16) to his great shot from distance after not even a quarter of the game.

Youns kept missing the net, until now he had always tried his luck but missed, the rest was all already there: application, sacrifice, running, determination. He has had several opportunities in recent games, sometimes he just created them for himself and some for his teammates, all that remained was to register a goal. Against Ascoli his hunger and competitive malice translated into goals. A just and deserved reward for the great selfless player of the 2003 generation.

El Hilali is one of the youngest players in the squad, a product of the Milanese youth academy like his brother Mattia (now at Gubbio in Lega Pro). A fast, technical forward who, thanks to his characteristics on the pitch, puts quality and impetus into his plays. After having rose up through the various underage sides, he is now continuing his growth path in the Primavera.
