He's on his way up. Giacomo Olzer is one of the leaders of this Rossoneri Primavera side and has been for some time given his age, belong and quality. It's no surprise when he scores, when he makes his mark or when he decides games. It runs through his veins and he does all this with character, the right head and an exquisite left foot.

Lately, he has really excelled, carrying this team on his shoulders with some decisive goals and dazzling displays. Sassuolo, Empoli and Lazio: he's scored all four of AC Milan's from the end of April to now. Header, poacher's goal, free-kick: Jack has it all in his locker. It's not by chance that he has already featured for the first team, making his debut in January against Torino in the Coppa Italia.

His brace against the Biancocelesti at Vismara took him to ten goals this season, making him the team's top scorer. This is certainly a player to keep an eye on. The 20-year-old is still yet to take flight but he has such potential to soar, and the signs are very encouraging. 

And his faith as a Milanista goes without saying. Now, it's time to take on SPAL (Saturday 15 May at 11:00 CEST) on matchday 22 - the Rossoneri beat the Ferrara-based outfit 2-0 in the reverse fixture, with Jack getting on the scoresheet that day too. It's a big chance to take points off a direct rival for one of those playoff spots.
