PRIMAVERA: FEARLESS YOUTH

Coach Ignazio Abate's Primavera got off to the best possible start after the break. From 3-0 over Dinamo Zagreb in the UEFA Youth League to 3-0 against Bologna in the league. Six goals scored and zero conceded by the Rossoneri, who put in two outstanding performances, dominating both matches. What binds the Dinamo and Bologna games - but not only - is the large presence of under-aged boys within the Rossoneri group.

The victory against the Rossoblù in the last league match, in fact, came from Federico Mangiameli. The 17-year-old, at his full debut in Primavera 1, showed no fear and scored a brace before half-time, which decided the match. Not only Mangiameli though, Filippo Scotti (16 yrs) was also decisive with the assist for the 3-0 scored by Alesi.

Abate's team also recorded its third consecutive clean-sheet, against the Emilian side. The Rossoneri's defence is clearly on the up, under the leadership of Captain Coubis, alongside whom Dorian Paloschi, another born in 2005, is imposing himself. In the Rossoneri's backline, it is also no longer news that Adam Bakoune, 16-year-old and a master of the right flank, is now a nailed on starter.

There are many options at the coach's disposal, who from day one has shown courage in playing several youngsters - good at repaying his trust - without making too many age-related calculations. From Jordan Longhi, who already has two goals in the league, to Bartesaghi, Cuenca, Rossi, Simić and Zeroli, the colony of Rossoneri talents is constantly expanding.
