Four goals in four appearances and a widespread feeling of leadership. In a little less than a month, Kosovare Asllani has already made a clear mark on both the team and the Italian league. The swede has played four games until now - she stayed on the bench against Roma - and has netted four times: one against Fiorentina and Parma, and two against Sampdoria.

That she had goals in her blood was already clear on the US tour, when she scored her first goal in five minutes of her debut in a Rossonere shirt, topped off shortly after by another goal for a brace against Tokyo Verdy Beleza. 

In short, Kosovare's presence is tangible, she can score spectacular goals like at the Tardini but also essential - but not dull - goals like the one against Sampdoria. A striker of experience and quality, who helped the team get back on its feet after the two defeats at the beginning of the season and who will try to score again in the next fixtures after the break, against Inter and Juventus. 

Alongside her, Piemonte and Thomas are still chasing their first official goals this season, but the performances, of both, are on the rise. As we approach the two-week break, there is renewed confidence, supported by the results but also by the evidence offered on the pitch by the Rossonere.
