He is the youngest, so far, of the signings in the transfer window. Born in 2004, and class at the service of the new AC Milan. Luka Romero Bezzana is Argentinian but was born in Mexico (in Victoria de Durango), started his career in Spain, has a Spanish passport and has been in Italy since 2021. After Lazio, he now makes a stop at AC Milan. Technique and speed, the 18-year-old Romero is a left-footed winger who prefers to play on the right side. The Diavolo are waiting for him, eager to see him play. Dynamic, offensive, determined: welcome Luka!

His career has only just begun. His first steps were taken at Sant Jordi (2011-2015), in the Balearic Islands. The leap to Mallorca is short in terms of distance, but important in terms of level: from the path in the youth academy to landing in La Liga. In his debut season he was hardly played, although he did record his official professional debut in June 2020 - in the period of empty stadiums due to the pandemic - against Real Madrid. A bad year for the team, who were relegated to the Second Division.

In 2020/21 he began to find his feet, racking up his appearances - eight in total between league and cup - and bagging his first goal in a victory against Unión Deportiva Logroñés. Overall, they were positive and formative months, redeeming himself by earning immediate promotion by wearing the Rossoneri jersey. Colours in destiny. Lazio noticed him and picked him up in the summer. His Serie A debut came early, in August 2021 against Spezia at the Stadio Olimpico. He alternated between a few substitutions and appearances in the Primavera team, and was back on the pitch with the 'big boys' from January onwards for a few minutes.

Last season he stayed permanently at the disposal of Sarri, who chose him on a total of twelve occasions (including in the Europa and Conference League). He scored just one goal, but for three points, in November in the 1-0 home win against Monza. In the national team he has recently played a leading role in the Under-20 World Cup, scoring two goals and providing an assist. The Albiceleste made it through the rounds, only to be eliminated in the round of 16. In addition to his experiences from U15 to U17, he has already been selected by coach Scaloni in the senior team, but is yet to get minutes.
