The Rossoneri's Under-15s had lost 4-1 to Atalanta on Sunday 12 November before getting back to winning way the following game, against Brescia at the PUMA House of Football. It ended 2-0 thanks to goals from Grilli and Avogadro after the break.
Coach Bertuzzo's boys had a perfect record to start the season of seven wins from their first seven games before falling to Atalanta, who are now top of the group on 25 points (one clear of AC Milan and three ahead of Inter).
The 2009s category is so far yielding excellent results and ample prospects for growth, under the skilful and expert guidance of Coach Bertuzzo. Last year the 2008s' path stopped at the quarter-finals against Como after extra time, and this season the team promises to be just as competitive.
Three commitments on the horizon to close 2023: Sunday 26 November, away in Verona against Hellas, then Cagliari at the PUMA House of Football on 3 December and, before the Christmas break, Cittadella at home, on 17 December. A last effort to continue in the groove traced so far.
