Born on July 24, 2005, Mattia has been donning the Rossoneri jersey since the age of ten and has become an indispensable piece in Mister Abate's side. He has been associated with Milan since his arrival as a youngster, growing year by year through various youth teams until achieving several successes with the Primavera, never stopping.

Malaspina is having a season as the absolute protagonist for the Rossoneri Under 19 side, contributing two assists in various competitions. A natural left-footer, the Primavera number 4 operates as a midfield pivot or in a pairing in the midfield line. On the field, he is reliable and generous, and his fighting spirit often makes him a guide for teammates in challenging moments. He is the first to believe but also the last to give up, all this without neglecting his undeniable technical qualities as well as tactical intelligence, one of his major strengths.

Mattia always keeps his sights set on the next goals and never settles. Step by step, this season, he has proudly and responsibly worn the captain's armband several times and in this early 2024, he celebrated another significant personal milestone. On 4 January, he put his signature on his first professional contract, tying him to AC Milan until 2026. A mutual testament of esteem, a hard-earned and deserved signature on and off the field.
