The opening months of a youth team's season are always a time of new beginnings. Players continue progressing up the age-group pyramid, and during the first few weeks of training and games, the focus (on and off the pitch) is on building unity, cohesion and connections that foster individual and team growth. That’s certainly true for the Women’s Under-15s, who capped off their 2024/25 campaign by winning a well-deserved Scudetto.
Compared to the victory last June in Anagni against Juventus, the young Rossonere team has undergone a major renewal, now built around players born in 2011. "Our team is always growing, whose strength lies in discipline, cohesion and a deep sense of belonging that connects every member of the team," Coach Roberto Bottiglieri told us proudly, as he reflected on the team's progress. "Our players embody the values and playing style at AC Milan, facing every challenge, on and off the pitch, with courage, character and determination."
"The players' development path is based on core values on respect, education and discipline. Collective strength is what brings out the best in individual talent, and the players in turn contribute to the growth and success of the team," continued the Coach. "We are a young, ambitious and ever-changing group. We face our games with courage and initiative, with the desire to constantly improve, put out a strong performance and reach our goals through hard work, merit and passion."
As usual, the Rossonere are currently competing in a regional league, facing boys’ teams in this first phase, ahead of the interregional women’s stages to be played in spring 2026. It’s a steady, ongoing process that has already seen eight league matches played since September, with mostly positive results. “We’re a team that’s growing every day, driven by hunger, enthusiasm, and the desire to keep surprising people,” concluded Coach Bottiglieri.
