Juventus v AC Milan and 28 May already has its history. It will be so again, on exactly the same day but 20 years later, not in the Champions League Final but on matchday 37 of Serie A with enormous significance. Let's look back at five great Rossoneri matches played in Turin at home to Juventus in the past with our Time Machine:

6 APRIL 1994: ERANIO SEWS A PIECE OF THE SCUDETTO
On the afternoon of the Delle Alpi, Capello's AC Milan secured their third Scudetto in a row. The credit for the victory went to the first goal of the season by Eranio, who was very good on the hour mark in diverting Boban's free-kick cross into the net with a half acrobatic move, but also to the defence, which was impenetrable as it had been throughout the entire year. The Rossoneri hardly gave up anything and came out on top: 1-0 at home to the Bianconeri rivals, re-strengthened due to a few heavy absences despite coming second at the end of the season.

9 MAY 1999: WEAH BRACE IN THE TRICOLORE COMEBACK
We are approaching the end of an incredible season: AC Milan fighting for the Scudetto, Juventus for Champions League qualification. Zaccheroni's team is in the midst of a comeback to try and overtake Lazio at the top of the table, still not sure if it will happen on the weekend after a crucial 2-0 Torino win. After a first half devoid of much excitement, the match picked up at the beginning of the second half: Boban in place of Leonardo, then the hurricane Weah struck: two goals, a header over Peruzzi and a curler into the corner on an assist from Zvonimir.

    14 MARCH 2004: SHEVA-SEEDORF, 3-1 OUTRIGHT
What a battle. Ancelotti's Diavolo wanted to reassert their strength and supremacy away at the home to the reigning champions. At the Delle Alpi one of many contests of nerves, grit and effort. Even if the Rossoneri's accuracy makes the difference. After having risked a bit and having lost Nesta to a muscle problem, a flash from Shevchenko broke the silence with a shot that left Buffon with no chance. Seedorf, the real protagonist as the evening wore on, served him the ball: a brace, right-footed from the distance (deflected by Ferrara) and left-footed from the edge for the emphatic 3-1. Three points towards the Scudetto.

    10 JANUARY 2010: SAMBA ROSSONERI
This time it is winter and the stadium is the Olimpico, fog envelops the pitch and the hosts play in an atmosphere of protest. The team speaks very Brazilian: from Leonardo on the bench to Dida in goal, Thiago Silva and Ronaldinho in attack. It was Dinho who made the difference, scoring a brace in the second half, header and with his feet, decisive for the 3-0 scoreline after Nesta's opener. The Rossoneri remained at the top of the standings, the Scudetto would only be caressed for a few moments to make way for third place in Serie A.

9 MAY 2021: IL DIAVOLO DRAWS THE ARROW
AC Milan and Juventus are both second and level with three matchdays to go. It is not a final, perhaps more so because whoever loses risks missing out on Champions League qualification. Pioli's team booked the ticket, lethal in striking at key moments in front of Cristiano Ronaldo (evanescent) and his team-mates. Díaz broke the deadlock just before the break, Rebić and Tomori sealed the 3-0 final scoreline. In particular, the first and second goals were splendid. A vital victory to return to Europe through the front door.
