Juventus after Napoli. Two key games in a row for the Rossoneri, the first big away match of the season. There have been so many games in Turin, many of which were important and positive. This time for our Time Machine, we have looked in the Juventus v AC Milan archives and selected the game on 10 January 2010 which ended 3-0, one of our best recent performances in this fixture in terms of result, dominance and technical performance.

Leonardo's side (with the postponement in Florence in mind) hadn't won away from home since November in Catania, in a 2-0 win sealed by Huntelaar's late double. 2009 didn't end well, and Palermo's 0-2 win at San Siro slowed down our charge for the top. The new year, however, was more encouraging with a 5-2 win over Genoa just days before the meeting at the Olimpico. The Rossoneri went into the game second in the table, and the top spot was not close, but still possible, with Ferrara's Bianconeri right on our tail. It was a play-off of sorts, despite being only halfway through the season.

Pato, Seedorf and Zambrotta were all out. This was the Rossoneri's 4-1-4-1: Dida; Abate, Thiago Silva, Nesta, Antonini; Pirlo; Beckham, Ambrosini, Gattuso, Ronaldinho; Borriello. Nesta scored the opener in the 29th minute, quick to evade his marker and tap in from close range following Pirlo's corner. There were some other chances in the box with Chiellini and Ronaldinho proving dangerous, before Thiago Silva had an effort from distance. After the break, the opposition's reaction didn't cause many problems, and as such, Ronaldinho took centre stage. In the 72nd minute, he headed home from Pirlo's set piece, making it two, before then sealing his brace in the 88th minute, finishing precisely past Manninger in the fog in the centre of the area. A clean and deserved win.
