

Five Rossoneri players were involved with their national teams yesterday on Thursday 5, September. At 18:00 CEST, Gianluigi Donnarumma picked up his 13th Italy cap away in Yerevan and Alessio Romagnoli (10th appearance) also played in the fifth match of Group J at EURO 2020 qualification.
The Azzurri came from behind to beat Armenia 3-1 with the two Rossoneri players featuring for the full 90 minutes. Under Roberto Mancini, Italy are on full points in the group and the next match will be at 20:45 CEST on Sunday night in Helsinki against Finland.
Spain also won in Bucharest against Romania thanks to goals from Sergio Ramos and Paco Alcácer. Jésus Suso watched the match from the bench as an unused substitute.
Just like Donnarrumma and Romagnoli, Rade Krunić played the full match in Zenica as Bosnia and Herzegovina beat Liechtenstein 5-0. At 15:00 CEST on Sunday, Rade will face Armenia in the same group as Italy.
Ricardo Rodríguez played the full match at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin as Ireland and Switzerland drew 1-1. The Swiss will next be in action at 18:00 CEST on Sunday 8 September against Gibraltar.
Rafael Leão was in Rui Jorge’s Portugal Under-21 squad but didn’t feature in their emphatic four-goal win over Gibraltar.
