Should Italy and Portugal progress to the final of their playoff path, the first three would encounter one another. Pierre Kalulu, and Ismaël Bennacer have competitive fixtures coming up: the former is ready to represent France U21s in Euro Under-21 qualifying, the latter will face Cameroon in the play-offs for Qatar 2022.
