KALULU'S FRANCE ELIMINATED IN QUARTERS

They were many people's picks to win the tournament, but Ukraine surprised Pierre Kalulu's France, winning the final EURO U21 quarter-final match. Having picked up 9 points from a possible 9 in the group stage (in the same group as Italy), the French went into the game as favourites.
