WINNING AZZURRI DEBUT FOR BARTESAGHI

Davide Bartesaghi enjoyed a successful senior debut for Italy. The Rossoneri defender played 90 minutes (making way late on for Atalanta's Honest Ahanor) in yesterday's friendly away to Luxembourg, which the Azzurri won 1-0 thanks to Esposito's header early in the second half. Our number 33 made a positive contribution, starring on the left flank in interim coach Baldini's experimental 4-3-3 formation, with Davide also impressing with his build-up play in midfield. Late in the match, among several debutants on the night, another product of the Rossoneri Youth Sector, Francesco Camarda, came on in the 76th minute.
