SAELEMAEKERS IS A NEW AC MILAN PLAYER

AC Milan is delighted to announce the acquisition of Belgian winger Alexis Saelemaekers from RSC Anderlecht on loan until the end of the 2019/20 Serie A season, with an option to make the deal permanent.

Born in Berchem-Sainte-Agathe (Belgium) on June 27, 1999, Alexis started his career at the RSC Anderlecht Academy before making his first-team debut on February 16, 2018 against Sint-Truidense VV. He has since then registered 2 goals in 57 appearances. In 2018, Alexis earned his first call-up in the Belgium U-21 squad and made his debut on September 7 in a 2019 UEFA European Under-21 Championship qualifier against Malta.

Alexis will join his new teammates tomorrow (February 1) and will be unveiled to media during a press conference on Tuesday February 4, 2020. The press conference will be aired live on the Club's TV Channel "Milan TV" and on the AC Milan Official App.
