The Rossonere player has suffered a tendon injury to her left thigh
AC Milan can confirm that, during Saturday's game away at Roma, Alia Guagni suffered an injury to the rectus femoris muscle of her left thigh.
The extent of the injury will be reevaluated in two weeks.
