OFFICIAL STATEMENT: NEREA NEVADO

AC Milan is delighted to announce the permanent signing of Nerea Nevado from Athletic Club Femenino. The
Spanish defender has signed a contract with the Club until 30 June 2028.

Born in Santurtzi (Biscay) on 27 April 2001, Nerea learned her footballing trade in her hometown, Santurtzi, before moving to Bizkerre. In 2016, at just 15 years of age, she joined Athletic Club, where she made 100 appearances with the B Team, before earning a spot in the First Team.

In 2021, she went out on loan to Deportivo Alavés, who had just been promoted to the top-flight, before returning to her parent club at the end of the season to cement her starting place in the team.

Nerea has featured consistently for the Spanish Youth Sector teams, winning the Under-17 World Cup in 2018. 

Nerea Nevado will wear number 47 shirt.
