Three days of discussion and work for Milan Academy Supervisors in Italy and throughout the world

The first training course of the season has just concluded for all Academy Supervisors in Italy and around the world. This consisted of three days of discussion and work to align with the Club’s Method through classroom lessons involving Rossoneri Youth Sector Technical Area Managers and AC Milan Football Schools ahead of the start of the 2021/22 season.

After almost a year of restrictions due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there was the important opportunity to return to the Vismara Sports Centre to carry out training sessions on the pitch alongside coaches involved in grassroot activities in the Rossoneri Youth Sector.

Special thanks go to Angelo Carbone, Head of the Club’s Youth Sector, Roberto Trapani, Head of Grassroots, and all of the speakers who took part in the educational activities at Casa Milan and the Vismara Sports Centre, with there being continuous and fruitful interaction between the Academies and Youth Sector. This will only serve to render the Football Schools programme even more effective, both in Italy and abroad.
