We prepare you for the important evening at the New Balance Arena

AC Milan are preparing to take on Atalanta on Serie A matchday nine, on Tuesday 28 October at 20:45 CET at the New Balance Arena. Coach Allegri's side is ready to take on Jurić's side in a game that promises to be exciting, as they are looking for points to improve their position in the league. Let's prepare for kick-off with our Match Preview

LATEST FROM MILANELLO
AC Milan come into the match after a 2-2 draw against Pisa which left a bitter taste. Coach Allegri's group has shown that they're in good form, with a 2-1 win over Fiorentina and a goalless draw in Turin. In the league, the Rossoneri are still showing defensive solidity, having not yet conceded a goal away from home. The Rossoneri are determined to continue on this path to secure three points and get back to winning ways. Loftus-Cheek is back, nobody is suspended.

Coach Allegri spoke on the eve of the match:"We knew that the schedule until the next break would be full of difficult matches, but they're all like this. Atalanta have great physical and technical qualities, playing in Bergamo is always difficult. It's a direct clash. The league is wide open. We are doing well physically, we'll need to play very well to create consistency".

LATEST FROM ATALANTA
Atalanta drew 1-1 with Cremonese at the weekend. Jurić's side have shown solidity but have struggled when it comes to finishing. In the Champions League, the Dea drew 0-0 to Slavia Praha, showing that they can compete at a European level too. The Nerazzurri will look towards their home form to get a good result. They're expected to use a 3-4-3 formation: from Carnesecchi to Éderson, Hien and De Ketelaere. Lookman is building himself back up and Scamacca is growing.

Ivan Jurić spoke:"It is Allegri's AC Milan, they're always very concentrated and able to make the most of the qualities of their players to contain the opposition. They have quality and quantity, but we want to win. I have also seen the team being very lively, we're just lacking one final thing. At times like this, we need to be alert and ready to improve on all fronts".
