November, for Massimiliano Allegri's AC Milan, ends with the side hosting Maurizio Sarri's Lazio in the league. This meeting will be repeated, in another competition, a few days after, but for now, all eyes are on the present. Here's a rundown of the Serie A clash with our Match Preview.

    LATEST FROM MILANELLO
With the wind in their sails after the derby win, the Rossoneri come into the first clash against Lazio, in the space of five days - the latter being on Thursday 4 December, at the Olimpico, in the Coppa Italia Round of 16 - with Christian Pulisic most likely being out due to injury. Given that Gimenez is also out (as well as Athekame on the right-flank), there's likely to be a battle between Nkunku and Loftus-Cheek as to who will partner Rafa Leão upfront in Coach Allegri's usual 3-5-2 formation. Aside from that, there should not be any changes to what is already a well-established starting team, with two consecutive clean sheets in as many games played at San Siro. The team are eager to take all three points on the eve of a long and important week, which will end on Monday Night in Turin.

    Massimiliano Allegri
spoke ahead of the match: "It will be a very tough game, Lazio are a good side and well-drilled. Sarri is doing a great job with a team with concedes very little and has the chance to get back into the Champions League. Leão? He has the characteristics and qualities to play as a centre-forward, he can protect the ball and is very good at using his head in the area. He needs to get used to attacking the penalty area a bit more. Nkunku? I expect him to express himself to the maximum because he's a good player, I am very confident in him".

    LATEST FROM LAZIO
After a complex Summer, seeing the return of Maurizio Sarri (who hasn't held a press conference on the eve of the match), the Biancocelesti have collected 18 points in their first 12 matches, currently sitting in eighth, just outside the European spots. It's also Lazio's second trip to San Siro this month: their defeat to Inter on 9 November, is the only defeat they've faced in their last eight league matches, testimony to the good turn in results, after three defeats in their first four matches. The positive run has seen Sarri rely on the same players, given that ten of the same eleven players have started in against Cagliari, Inter and Lecce, with the only change between Pellegrini and Lazzari with Marušić. They will be without Cataldi, but Vecino will be ready to replace him. Guendouzi is cautioned, while Dele-Bashiru and Castellanos are expected to make the bench.
