Three hard-earned points after a fantastic second half and a thrilling finale to the game after Rebić’s brace and a trademark goal from Theo Hernández. The Rossoneri could not have got their second half of the season off to a better start. Back to league success at San Siro for AC Milan as they came away with a 3-2 win over Udinese: a great game full of energy and drama. The Rossoneri climb to 28 points after 20 games in Serie A, here are all of the statistics from today’s vital victory:

- This was AC Milan‘s first Serie A home win since 31 October 2019 (1-0 v SPAL).

- AC Milan won a Serie A home game from a trailing position for the first time since December 2018, a 2-1 win against SPAL.

- Ante Rebić scored his first Serie A goal since November 2015 (for Fiorentina), 1540 days ago.

- Rebić is the first AC Milan player to score a Serie A brace as a substitute since Giampaolo Pazzini against Catania in April 2013. Ante Rebić’s (2 mins, 12 secs) first goal was also the fastest from any AC Milan substitute in a Serie A game since May 2016, when Luca Antonelli scored after 46 seconds against Frosinone.

- Theo Hernández‘s goal was the first scored by AC Milan from a corner in Serie A this season.

- With 222 appearances, Zlatan Ibrahimovic is now the fastest player to have won 150 Serie A games in the three points for a win era.
