FIORENTINA 1-1 AC MILAN: THE NUMBERS

Six facts following tonight's draw at the Franchi

A tough result to take after a largely dominant display from the Rossoneri. Despite controlling the majority of the proceedings, AC Milan were unable to put the game to bed and come away with three points. Indeed, Pulgar's penalty meant that the Rossoneri were forced to settle for a 1-1 away draw. Here are six facts relating to tonight's clash.

1- This was AC Milan's first draw away from home this Serie A season. Previously, the Rossoneri were the only side not to have shared the spoils on the road during the current campaign.

2- Matteo Gabbia is the youngest Italian defender to have played a match as a starter this season.

3- Just 37 seconds had passed before Asmir Begović was forced to make his first save after coming on for his Serie A debut.

4- Ante Rebić has been involved in eight of AC Milan's last 14 goals in all competitions (seven goals and an assist).

5- In 2020, only four players have scored at least six goals in Serie A: Ilicic, Immobile, Ronaldo and Rebić.

6- Out of those who have bagged at least six goals this Serie A season, Rebić is the player who has played the fewest number of minutes (including the 90 minutes he played tonight).
