The main stats ahead of Serie A matchday 8 for the Rossoneri

The break is behind us as the team is back in Serie A mode. Igor Tudor's Verona come to San Siro; the Scaglieri have really turned their form around in recent weeks. The same fixture last season ended 2-2 after a brilliant comeback from the Rossoneri. This year, it's a must-win match if AC Milan want to keep pace with Napoli in the upper echelons of the table. 8- The three goals scored by Brahim Díaz have added four points to AC Milan’s tally this Serie A season: only Fiorentina’s Dušan Vlahović has done better in this regard.

9- Ante Rebić's next game will be his 50th appearance for AC Milan in all competitions and his 50th start overall in Serie A. The Croatian forward is one of the exes of the match; he played ten times in Serie A for Verona between January and May 2016 but didn't score or provide an assist in that period.
