3- AC Milan duo Rafael Leão and Brahim Díaz have scored or provided an assist in both of their appearances in this season’s Champions League.

4- The last AC Milan player to have scored in three consecutive appearances in the tournament was Zlatan Ibrahimović in 2011/12 (five).
