A win in the capital and a night that certainly wasn't for the faint-hearted. At the Olimpico, AC Milan came from behind to beat Lazio 2-1 in added time thanks to Tonali's winner, with Immobile and Giroud having got on the scoresheet before the Italian. The Rossoneri thus picked up three vital and richly deserved points to keep their Scudetto dream very much alive and mathematically qualify for next season's Champions League. Here are all the facts and figures to come out of the matchday 34 showdown in Serie A:

- AC Milan have won three times against Lazio in a single season (two in Serie A, one in the Coppa Italia) for the first time since the 2004/05 campaign.

- The Rossoneri have become the first side to have at least 25 shots against Lazio in a Serie A match since Carpi on 8 May 2016 (26 back then).

- AC Milan conceded for the first time in 568 minutes in Serie A: the last time they'd allowed the opposition to score was on 25 February against Udinese.

- Lazio are the team Olivier Giroud has scored the most goals against in the Rossoneri shirt in all competitions (three goals in two matches).

- Olivier Giroud has bagged nine goals in Serie A this season. The last time he scored more in a single campaign in the Top 5 European leagues was in 2016/17, when he netted twelve times for Arsenal in the Premier League.

- Franck Kessie has become the fifth African player to reach 200 Serie A appearances since the start of the three-points-per-win era (from 1994/95). He's followed in the footsteps of Asamoah (279), Muntari (270), Duncan (244) and Koulibaly (232).
