AC MILAN V GENOA TICKETS REFUND: UPDATES

Following the statement on 28 February regarding the reimbursement of tickets for AC Milan v Genoa, a game which was played behind closed doors due to the Coronavirus health emergency, fans are informed of the following updates:

• During the course of this week, refunds will begin to be made for individual tickets purchased online via an automatic re-credit to the relevant credit card of a sum equal to the cost of the ticket purchased;
• Also throughout this week, a page will be activated on AC Milan's official website, acmilan.com, where the following people can request a refund:
  • those who bought a ticket at the Casa Milan headquarters, Banco BPM branches or from Vivaticket sales points but are unable to go there directly. You will need to scan the tickets by following the instructions provided;
  • those who are season ticket holders, including ticket holders for the return set of fixtures and game pack ticket holders.

As announced recently, Fondazione Milan has launched a fundraiser in favour of the AREU, the region's emergency organisation, who are fighting against Coronavirus on the front line in Lombardy. The Club has donated €250,000, and players and directors have donated one day of their salary to this cause.

Many fans have also asked for the chance to donate the refund of their tickets to this cause.
