    Back for their third day of pre-season, the squad met for breakfast at Milanello at 9:30 this morning, then heading into the changing rooms to start the day's work.

    THE REPORT
    Today's session for the Rossoneri was dedicated to fitness tests. The team were divided into groups right away, alternating at various stations: cardio work with laps around the pitch, 20-metre bursts and strength work using various equipment in the gym.
