After meeting up for breakfast, the Rossoneri trained in the rain at Milanello this morning.
THE REPORT
After warming up their muscles in the gym, the players headed to the pitch to complete a series of athletic drills that focused on speed and involved the use of obstacles. The session continued with technical/tactical exercises that were performed at the highest intensity possible. Following this, it was time to work on ball possession, while a practice match on a reduced section of the pitch then finished things off.
