REACTIONS AND TECHNICAL WORK: DOUBLE SESSION AT MILANELLO

The Rossoneri met up at Milanello this morning to eat before heading down to get changed for their first session of the day.
THE REPORT
The team started in the gym with some muscle activation and strength work before heading out to the pitches behind the changing rooms, where a warm-up was followed by a series of reactivity exercises performed with the aid of some low hurdles. Training continued with some technical work, then was concluded with a small-sided game on a reduced part of the pitch.
The team were back at it at 17:00 for their second training session of the day, which started with rondos in the centre circle, followed by technical drills: long passing, balls over the top, crosses and shots at goal. A series of small-sided games were played to finish off today's training.
