It was another double training session today for the Rossoneri, who met at Milanello for breakfast before going to the dressing rooms.
TRAINING REPORT
As usual, the team began activities in the gym with some muscle activation, before heading out on the pitch to complete their warm-up with a series of ground exercises. Training continued with some themed rondos that preceded a series of technical exercises performed with the help of mannequins.
The team came back out on the pitch at 17:00 for a session dedicated entirely to ball work. After an initial warm-up with themed rondos, the Rossoneri training session continued with technical exercises and ball possession drills; tactical work was carried out before the session concluded with a final practice match.

Tomorrow the team will train in the morning.
