TACTICS AND POSSESSION WORK AT MILANELLO

The team trained at Milanello this morning and, in doing so, continued their preparations for AC Milan v Fiorentina, which will kick off at 15:00 CEST on Sunday at San Siro. Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara were both in attendance at the sports centre.

REPORT
Today’s session began in the gym, where the team did muscle activation work before heading outside. Once on the pitch, they continued their warm-up with a series of athletic exercises. After this, the group focused on ball possession before moving on to tactics. To finish, there was a practice match on a small pitch.

SATURDAY 30 APRIL
The team will train in the morning tomorrow, after which Coach Pioli will hold his pre-match press conference at 14:15 CEST.
