Training began in the gym where the group performed a series of strength training exercises with equipment, before taking to the central pitch where they began work on a session focused on speed, with a number of athletic exercises carried out between the dummies and low hurdles. The training continued with a series of two-on-two and three-on-three matches that preceded the usual training match on a reduced pitch, where today's session ended.
