MILANELLO: SQUAD BACK AT TRAINING

Training resumed at Milanello, where Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara were present.

REPORT
The session began in the gym with muscle activation before they went out onto the pitch to continue warm-ups and do some athletic exercises. Training continued with a series of ball possession drills.

After this, the squad was split into two groups that alternated between playing matches and doing tactical work; the group came together again at the end for a match played on a reduced pitch.
