    This morning, the Rossoneri gathered at Milanello for breakfast before heading to the locker rooms for their training session, as they prepare for their upcoming league match. AC Milan will face Bologna on Saturday 26 October at 18:00 CEST at the Dall'Ara.

    REPORT
    The first part of the session focused on muscle activation, followed by themed rondos to wrap up the warm-up phase. Training continued with the team working on various technical drills, which were followed by tactical exercises. After that, another set of technical drills (attack vs. defence) was carried out, before concluding with the usual small-sided match to finish today's session.
