The Rossonere have had their first day of training at Ponte di Legno which is the official base for the team's summer pre-season.
At 10:30 CEST, the girls led by Maurizio Ganz went out onto the pitch and worked immediately with the ball. Technical drills focused primarily on directional changes, ball control and passing before two matches on a small-size pitch, one with and one without goals.

The afternoon session began at 17:00 CEST with a warm-up. After, the team was split into two groups that alternated between tactical and fitness work. With the use of dummies, the defenders worked on anticipating opposition moves and winning back possession. The midfielders and forwards worked especially on their movement while looking to create opportunities to cut the ball back and create space. The goalkeepers worked on their distribution, both long and short kicks.
The Rossonere will keep training at the Centro Sportivo di Temù in Ponte di Legno until 3 August.
