AC Milan Primavera's second consecutive home match ended in a defeat. At the PUMA House of Football, the Rossoneri produced a proud performance and showed their usual proactive philosophy, but had surrendered to Juventus: 4-2 the final score. Sia's goal around the quarter-hour mark responded to the Bianconeri's early two-goal lead, and restored the Rossoneri's confidence. AC Milan then controlled the course of the match without making the most of the numerous chances at their disposal, paying dearly for the guests' counter-attacks in the final part of the second half. The Rossoneri looked for a way back, without ever giving up but it was not enough, despite El Hilali's goal, the visitor's found a fourth late in the second half.
This result on matchday 16 of Primavera 1 therefore leaves AC Milan in an uncomfortable situation in the table that does not allow the freedom that the Rossoneri would like - tied on 17 points with Napoli and Atalanta. Many, however, positive indications for Coach Abate. From the Bozzolan-Sia link up, which dominated the left wing thanks to continuous drives and exchanges for an hour of the match, to the convincing performance of young Foglio, once again a starter after his excellent performance against Hellas Verona in the last game. Their next fixture is on Saturday 4 February away at Sassuolo, where they seek precious points to reignite their league campaign.

MATCH REPORT
An acceleration by Yıldız broke the deadlock early on: a run down the left and a low left-footed shot from the Turk gave the visitors the lead in the 7th minute. Two minutes passed and the Bianconeri then doubled their lead, through a skilfull Turco header on the break to make it 2-0. The Rossoneri reacted well and came close to scoring with shots from Alesi and Foglio, both saved. The Bozzolan-Sia connection made it 2-1 in the 14th minute: the AC Milan full-back flew past Valdesi and crossed into the centre for the finishing blow by the Rossoneri's 61. AC Milan tried to take advantage of this positive momentum, Gala recovered on the edge of the box and passed to Foglio whose left-footer could only clip the post. Just past the half-hour mark it was Juventus who came close to scoring the third through Rouhi but the post saved AC Milan. In the final minutes of the half, Stalmach pounced on Nonge's error, but Vinarčík deflected the Polish midfielder's effort out for a corner: 2-1 to Juventus at half-time.
The start of the second half was all about the Rossoneri: in the 51st minute, Stalmach tried twice, his first attempt blocked and the second high, while in the 55th minute El Hilali failed to score with his first effort, assisted by Bozzolan. AC Milan persisted, and in the 57th minute it was Alesi who came close to equalising with a tap-in saved on the line by Hasa following a corner. The visitors were again dangerous on the counter between the 61st and 63rd minutes, first with Yıldız's left-footed shot - high - and then Turco's cross, closed down by Casali. In the 66th minute, El Hilali's shot was deflected just wide. The substitutions struggled to make an impact for both teams, and in the 78th minute the Bianconeri made it three from a corner: Nava denied Citi but could do nothing about Mancini's rebound. AC Milan got going again in the final minutes and found the goal of hope: Longhi headed it back to El Hilali, who let fly from distance in the 89th minute. In stoppage time, however, Juve found a fourth goal on the counter-attack, scored again by Mancini: it ended 4-2 to Juventus.
