A MORNING DEVOTED TO TECHNIQUE AND TACTICS

The team met at Milanello for breakfast this morning before getting down to business. Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara were present at the session.
THE REPORT
The group began the day in the gym, where they activated their muscles and did a series of strength exercises using the equipment. It was then down to the main body of the session and the team headed out onto the pitch to start work with various technical drills, which were also designed to get the heart pumping, at maximum intensity. Work on possession and various tactical drills then followed, before the usual game on a reduced pitch to finish the session.

The plan for tomorrow is to train in the morning.
