After being granted three days off by Coach Pioli, the Rossoneri returned to training at Milanello this afternoon. The team got down to work in reduced numbers due to various players being away on international duty.

After activating their muscles in the gym, the group made their way to the pitch, where they continued their warm-up with a series of themed rondos. Aerobic exercises and ball possession drills followed, while it was then time for a practice match on a small pitch. Before heading back to the changing rooms, individual technical and fitness work was carried out.
