The team got back to work this afternoon at Milanello after having been afforded three days off by Stefano Pioli. The session was completed with reduced numbers given the numerous absences of Rossoneri away on international duty.
THE REPORT
As usual, the group began the session in the gym and activated their muscles before heading out onto the pitch. The warm-up then continued with a series of athletic exercises. The team then started a series of drills working on possession of the football; various members of the Primavera side joined in. This was followed by various finishing drills before the session ended with the usual game on a reduced pitch.
FRIDAY 12 NOVEMBER
The plan for tomorrow is to do a double training session.
