MILANELLO: PREPPING FOR JUVE
allenamenti
The Rossoneri got back to work at Milanello this morning as they met for breakfast before getting ready for today's session. Preparation has thus begun for AC Milan's home match against Juventus in Serie A - Sunday 23 January at 20:45 CET.
REPORT
The group began the session in the gym before heading out onto the pitch to continue the warm-up. The squad was then divided into two groups: the players involved on Monday evening did some light recovery work and fitness, with a long run around the outside of the pitch. The rest of the players played a training match - two 20-minute halves - with the Primavera.
THURSDAY 20 JANUARY
The plan for tomorrow is to train in the morning.
