MILANELLO: FITNESS AND FINISHING

Following a day off given to them by head coach Stefano Pioli, the team met for breakfast at Milanello, before heading to the dressing room to get ready for the day's session. The team is still training in reduced numbers as we await the return of all of our internationals.
REPORT
The Rossoneri went straight out onto the pitch to activate their muscles. This was then followed by fitness work using low hurdles and elastic resistance bands. Training continued with group work, as the players did some rondos before moving on to work on possession of the football and finishing drills. Before the session concluded, the team played a game on a reduced pitch.
TUESDAY 12 JULY
The plan for tomorrow is to hold a double training session.
