The team was at Milanello this afternoon for the resumption of training after the two days of rest granted by the coach. Even today the group was reduced due to the absences of the Rossoneri engaged with their respective national teams. Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara were present at Milanello.
REPORT
The first part of the session was spent in the gym, where the group did muscle activating drills and a series of strength training exercises before heading out onto the pitch, where they finished the warm-up phase with some squats. Training continued with a series of technical drills followed by possession work, and the usual training match on a reduced pitch to end today's session.
