The Rossoneri were hard at work at Milanello today as they continued to prepare for their next league fixture, which will see them face Roma at 20:45 CET on Sunday 8 January at San Siro.
REPORT
After warming up in the gym, the team headed outside and, using low obstacles, performed athletic exercises with a focus on speed. Then, under the direction of Coach Pioli, the group worked on tactics, after which a series of sprints down the touchline brought the session to an end.
SATURDAY 7 JANUARY
The Rossoneri will train in the morning tomorrow. The Coach will hold his pre-match press conference at 14:15 CET.
