The team was at Milanello for breakfast this morning, before going into the changing room for today's training.

The players who were involved in yesterday's match against Salernitana worked out in the gym, while the rest of the squad did the usual muscle warm-up in the gym and then went out onto the pitch to continue the warm-up phase with some physical exercises using low hurdles. After that, the group was divided into two groups: the first carried out an exercise based on crosses and shots on goal, the second focused on ball possession. Finally, there was a short practice match on a reduced pitch.

Tomorrow's programme includes lunch at midday, followed by afternoon training in the run-up to the next league match, which will see the Rossoneri face Udinese on Saturday 18 March at 20:45 CET.
