DOUBLE SESSION AT MILANELLO

After meeting up for breakfast, the Rossoneri held a double session at Milanello today.

The team started out in the gym, where they activated their muscles. Then, after being divided into groups, the players underwent a series of performance tests before finishing the morning session with fitness work.
In the afternoon, the Rossoneri immediately made their way to the pitch and warmed up behind the goals. With the first part over, the team went on to perform technical drills using dummies and cones, work on possession and take part in a practice match on a small pitch. A series of sprints down the touchline brought the day’s events to a close.

The group will train in the morning tomorrow.
