WOMEN'S PRIMAVERA BEGIN A NEW CHAPTER WITH MARCO BRUZZANO IN CHARGE

The Women's Primavera side are gearing up for the new season, which will feature several changes. The first is the new head coach: Marco Bruzzano. Born in 1993, Bruzzano joins the Rossonere after two seasons leading Juventus Women's Primavera, where he won the 2024/25 league title, two Coppa Italia trophies, and two Viareggio Women's Cups.
Before his two-year spell with the Bianconere, Bruzzano was the head coach of Como Women in Serie A Women, a club where he had previously worked as assistant to Sebastián De La Fuente. In the 2023/24 season, after being appointed as the head coach of the First Team, Bruzzano became the youngest manager in Italy's professional leagues. Despite his age, he has already established an impressive coaching career, which also includes experience within Inter's Youth Sector.
Coach Bruzzano's first comments were: "It's an honour for me to be part of a Club like AC Milan. I want to thank the Club for putting their trust in me; I'm excited to begin this new journey. I'll bring my passion and commitment to the role, giving my all to help the players develop and contribute to this crucial project's growth." This is a significant addition for the Rossonere, who head into the new season after winning their second Primavera Scudetto in three years in May. The team's importance within the AC Milan family was highlighted just recently, as a delegation from the Rossonere attended Coach Amorim's first training session on Monday, 13 July.
This success in May further demonstrated the strength of a Youth Sector that has celebrated several youth titles in recent seasons, including the U15 side's triumph. The academy continues to provide a pathway towards the First Team, with Bonanomi, Lupatini, Taddei, and Vitale all recently making the step into professional football. The hope is that many more players from Bruzzano's squad can follow in their footsteps. Best of luck, Coach!
