CATILINA AND PARTNERS: A NEW FRONTIER

The Rossoneri Academy continues to grow, with youth football in the Asian country set to reap the benefits

AC Milan Academy has strengthened its commitment to youth football in South Korea. This is a new stage of the project dedicated to the development of young footballers' top-quality training. AC Milan and Catalina and Partners inked an important partnership agreement that is part of the project AC Milan Experience which is going to kick off in 2020.

Thanks to this partnership, that marks the broadening of our Club's network of global collaborations, many young athletes from South Korea will be able to live a unique educational and emotional experience under the Rossoneri colours. Catalina and Partners, the leading company in the world of Sport Marketing, boasts partnerships with the top European Clubs and has chosen AC Milan as the ideal partner in Italy to support the "Talent Factory" program, an initiative strongly based on the development of youth football in Asia.

The partnership includes the organisation of sporting trips dedicated to young Asian athletes as well as the sharing of the culture and values of sport that have always been part of AC Milan's DNA.

During the trips, that will take place in 2020, the participants will be the stars of AC Milan's world: they will be able to attend an ad hoc special training course prepared by AC Milan Academy's coaches whose aim is to bring out their talent. The young participants will be involved in exciting and exclusive activities. In addition to the training programs developed within the Vismara sports center, home of AC Milan Youth Sector and Cimiano, AC Milan Technical Center, the students will be able to learn and breathe the history of our Club. Among the activities planned there are also the meetings with the Glorie Rossonere Franco Baresi and Daniele Massaro, the opportunity to support the First Team at San Siro during one of the Serie A home matches and the must-visit Casa Milan where they will also be able to taste the the typical Italian cuisine at the "Bistrot dello Sport" restaurant.

It is also going to be a unique chance to visit the city of Milan, to learn its secrets and charm and to approach Italian culture by taking a language course.

For years we have been engaged in looking for innovative training and practical solutions that, through our Coaching Staff, may bring as many young people as possible into sports by promoting football and the integration of many nationalities and cultures. Our next challenge is to develop relationships and synergies with international partners specialized in the sports sector and to export AC Milan training methods are the real strength of our Club."
