Adrien Thibault Marie Rabiot was born in Saint-Maurice (a suburb on the outskirts of Paris) on 3 April 1995, and after growing within football at different French clubs (including a brief spell at Manchester City) he spent the first meaningful years of his career at Paris Saint-Germain. Besides a brief loan spell to Toulouse in 2013, he spent seven years in the French capital, from his official Ligue 1 debut in August 2012, under Carlo Ancelotti, right up to June 2019. He made 227 total appearances for PSG, scoring 24 goals and winning a whole host of trophies, 18 of them: five Ligue 1 titles (in a row), four Coupe de France, five League Cups, and four French Supercups. He changed team and country in July 2019, joining Juventus.

He scored his first goal in Italy at San Siro, in the Rossoneri's 4-2 win in July 2020, and spent five seasons with the Bianconeri, during which time he won the 2019/20 Scudetto, two Coppa Italia and an Italian Supercup, making 212 official appearances and scoring 22 goals. Rabiot returned to France in Summer 2024, signing a contract with Olympique Marseille and proving decisive in their return to the Champions League with 10 goals in 31 appearances. Alongside his rich club career, he has also represented his country: first he played in the youth teams (his highlight was reaching the U19 EUROs final in 2013) and then the first team. He won the Nations League with France, at San Siro, in the 2020/21 season, and reached the 2022 World Cup final, a tournament he actually scored in, during the group stage against Australia. Up to August 2025, he has 53 caps and six goals for France.
