Ardon Jashari was born on 30 July 2002 in Cham, Switzerland, to an Albanian family from the Polog region of North Macedonia. After early spells with Baar and Zug, he grew as a player at Lucerne, making his professional debut in July 2020. He stayed at the club until June 2024, making a total of 102 first-team appearances and scoring nine goals, while also gaining his first taste of European competition in the 2023/24 Europa Conference League.
In the summer of 2024, Club Brugge gave him a chance, and his impact in Belgium was impressive: by the end of the 2024/25 season, he had been named Player of the Year in the league and helped the squad lift the Belgian Cup, scoring four goals in 52 appearances across all competitions. However, it was in the Champions League that he truly shone: he faced AC Milan in the league phase, making a powerful impression, and stood out above all in the play-off tie against Atalanta, earning MVP honours in the reverse match in Bergamo.
In August 2025, he joined the Rossoneri, signing with AC Milan until 2030. Arriving at Milanello, he already has four caps for Switzerland and has featured at both the 2022 World Cup and Euro 2024.
